• Delivery within a 25-mile radius of our location (Needham, MA - 02494)
• Drop-off to a ground-level, easily accessible location
• Scheduled delivery within our standard delivery window

Important Notes & Disclaimers:

• Delivery does not include setup, styling, or installation unless explicitly added
• Renter must ensure clear access (no stairs, narrow hallways, or obstacles)
• Delivery time windows are estimated and not guaranteed to the minute
• Someone must be available to receive items unless otherwise arranged
• Additional fees may apply for stairs, long carries, tight access, or wait time
• This is a ONE WAY fee - only for delivery.  Pick up is not included.
